Writing and meditation are two powerful tools for self-discovery and personal change. Each workshop will focus on one of the five steps of the Buddhist practice of loving-kindness meditation (metta bhavana) in order to help you explore, heal and transform your relationships and perceptions.

No previous writing or meditation experience required. Just bring a pen and notebook!

Drop-ins = €10/session. Pay in advance: €40/for 5 sessions.

Schedule: 17-18:30 weekly
4 Nov = Loving-kindness towards yourself
11 Nov = Loving-kindness towards loved ones
18 Nov = Loving-kindness towards strangers
25 Nov = Loving-kindness towards enemies
2 Dec = Loving-kindness towards all beings
