Writing and meditation are two powerful tools for self-discovery and personal change. Each workshop will focus on one of the five steps of the Buddhist practice of loving-kindness meditation (metta bhavana) in order to help you explore, heal and transform your relationships and perceptions.
No previous writing or meditation experience required. Just bring a pen and notebook!
Drop-ins = €10/session. Pay in advance: €40/for 5 sessions.
