Just returned from a four-day recce of Ibiza and I’m pleased to report the island is as ludicrously beautiful as ever.
I spent most of my days sprawled on my favourite beaches reading David Simon’s The Corner and planning the September Creative Writing Ibiza retreat. “Success” and “process” are shaping up to be key themes for the retreat: thinking deeply about what we aspire to as writers, and as human beings; and exploring the ways in which we achieve these ends.
